On Feb. 10, a complainant reported at 7:06 p.m. in the 200 block of Skokie Boulevard that an offender came into the store and purchased an item for $6.95 and asked if they could make change for a $100 bill. While the employee made change, the offender purchased an additional two items for $2.18 from a different employee. After the offender received change from both employees, he left, and the employees realized the $100 bill was missing. Glencoe Police advised that a similar theft occurred in their Village two days prior.
